Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping
We utilitize UPS Ground Shipping to ship the majority of our orders. We ship only within the USA. Shipping fees are charged on all orders, and basically start at $9.99 and will vary with the quantities ordered. On case orders of 12 dozen (144 pairs) the fee is $34.99.
Delivery Time
Delivery times will vary depending on availability, quantity, and your location. Orders that have the necessary inventory, will be filled within 1-2 business days after the order has been received. All orders are shipped from South Florida which means, orders that are being shipped to the west coast e.g. California, Oregon, can approach up to 7 days.
Return Policy
If by some chance, you aren't thrilled with our socks on arrival, you can return the socks within 30 days, as long as the socks can be resold (dirty, worn socks need not apply). Contact us through our website via the contact form, and we'll walk you through the return/exchange process.
If you aren't happy with the socks and it's because of an error on our part, we'll make sure that you get the right socks. Please contact us via the contact form so that we can assist you the best we can.
In either situation, please contact us using the contact form to initiate a return - we'll walk you through the process through there.
A restocking fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your credit. All credits will be processed through GOOGLE.
